"If you believe in including adventure into your life & work, this is THE facilitator for your group! There's an intelligence to Kerry's facilitation that lends itself well to a value-added experience. Our training had a huge impact back at work - sales literally jumped immediately when we began implementing the Corporate Explorer Training program."
“We were elated with the overall success of the Amazing Chase event. During the sales process you were always available for me to discuss options, details, changes, etc, which was imperative for me to feel secure about the investment. Your flexibility brought to life the OEM Marketing Business related activity (PC Purchase) for us as well as local Canadian Charities. What an impact on our team's morale!
Canadian Outback’s attention to detail, timing, foresight and on the spot agility was impeccable. Your operations manager was able to secure the trust of my general manager with one phone call. The facilitator was diligent in encouraging the communication exchange between team members until the late hours of the evening.
We appreciated the warm, kind and thoughtful demeanor of Canadian Outback's employees. We all were extremely tired from the 5 hour bus ride to Tofino; your team could read that right away and took the initiative to take our bags from the bus into the hotel, so we didn't need to worry about a thing. This was just one of many examples of above and beyond efforts by the Canadian Outback Team.
I've been receiving feedback from numerous participants who were amazed and excited about their experiences during this event. Please feel free to use Microsoft as a reference. We at Microsoft OEM Marketing Thank You!”

“I would like to thank all involved at Canadian Outback for the fabulous CSI event! It was well received and tied in appropriately with the theme of the day. I would also like to thank you for recommending Tom Dent, who did an exceptional job facilitating our day and meeting the needs of the team. I enjoyed how the event engaged the group from beginning to end, well done! I was pleased with the crime scenes provided around Bear Mountain, very creative! I also appreciated the lack of need for involvement (as an organizer) on my part. The set up and execution of the event was cleverly done and very professional. You have already been recommended and I will continue to speak highly of our experience with you.”

“The whole day was great, the various Corporate Castaways challenges were exciting and engaging and the Drum Café got everyone motivated and even allowed us to lose our inhibitions. The benefits of the facilitated activities were being able to reconnect as a team and gain an appreciation for each other's work loads, fears, concerns, etc. The experience was memorable and I definitely would consider using both Canadian Outback Adventures and Drum Café for future events & training.”

“The CSI event generated interest and got everyone participating. I think the best thing though was that it was a departure from our usual classroom-based learning. People learnt a lot about what is needed to operate as an effective team. From our point of view it was important to have the facilitator - while it would have been fun without that, the learning would perhaps not have been there. I will certainly recommend you to anyone I come across, and hope we will be able to use Canadian Outback again in the future.”

“Our Amazing Chase event was very well organized and expertly communicated. Your Canadian Outback Adventures team deserves a huge thank you from all of us here at CCL Label. They all had a fantastic sense of humour and our interactions with them added to the enjoyment of the event. Our group is a fairly outgoing group and your team managed us all wonderfully. Our group really enjoyed the casual nature of the event but agreed there was just enough challenge to make it interesting and fun. We appreciated having a training session that was activity based and interactive versus sitting in a meeting room. I was told that if we had approached individuals prior to the event and given them the option of attending, 50% probably would have dropped out and remained at the plant. However, immediately following the Amazing Chase, 100% agreed that they were all extremely happy they came. Well done!
We really appreciated the opportunity to see and work with each other in a different environment. While working as a team, we learned to recognize others differences and build on our individual strengths to enhance a team's performance. We were given an opportunity to get to know each other a little better on a more personal level and recognized that we all respond to competition and stress in very different ways. We had completed Myers Briggs personality profiles on-line and each of us had received our personal profile prior to the race. We reviewed the results as a team the following morning and it was an excellent complement to the team building event.”
