“Our Amazing Chase event was very well organized and expertly communicated. Your Canadian Outback Adventures team deserves a huge thank you from all of us here at CCL Label. They all had a fantastic sense of humour and our interactions with them added to the enjoyment of the event. Our group is a fairly outgoing group and your team managed us all wonderfully. Our group really enjoyed the casual nature of the event but agreed there was just enough challenge to make it interesting and fun. We appreciated having a training session that was activity based and interactive versus sitting in a meeting room. I was told that if we had approached individuals prior to the event and given them the option of attending, 50% probably would have dropped out and remained at the plant. However, immediately following the Amazing Chase, 100% agreed that they were all extremely happy they came. Well done!
We really appreciated the opportunity to see and work with each other in a different environment. While working as a team, we learned to recognize others differences and build on our individual strengths to enhance a team's performance. We were given an opportunity to get to know each other a little better on a more personal level and recognized that we all respond to competition and stress in very different ways. We had completed Myers Briggs personality profiles on-line and each of us had received our personal profile prior to the race. We reviewed the results as a team the following morning and it was an excellent complement to the team building event.”
